How long does it take to ship my order?

Order processing typically takes 1–2 days, as each item undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after processing. It takes a total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.

Where do you ship from?

We are based in Illinois, USA where we do most of our administrative work and where our return department is located. However our orders are handled from our various fulfillment centers around the country.

How do I return an item?

Our return policy is valid for 14 days, starting from the date your package is delivered to your address.

We accept returns on all undamaged items within this 14-day period to ensure your satisfaction and uphold our commitment to quality.
